Required Availability:
- Mon, Wed 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Additional hours available based on performance and studio needs
Expected weekly hours: 25–40
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay
- 5% commission on store-generated leads
- 10% commission on self-generated leads (cold outreach, referrals, partnerships)
- Packages range from $100 to $6,500+
Real earning potential:
Driven team members who follow up consistently and know how to build trust can realistically earn an additional $1,500–$2,000+ per month in commission, with room to grow.

The Role
This is not a passive front desk job.
This is a client-facing sales role for someone who likes people, wants to grow, and is motivated by performance.
You will guide clients through wellness conversations, help them understand what services fit their goals, and confidently ask for commitment.
You will also help create an exceptional in-store experience by maintaining a clean, high-standard studio and supporting daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in:
- Sales
- Fitness coaching
- Athletics
- Health and wellness
- Hospitality with strong client-facing skills
What You’ll Do
- Speak with leads and members in person, by phone, and by text
- Book consults and drive appointments through follow-up
- Cold call new and past leads to reactivate opportunities
- Educate clients on services and build simple wellness plans
- Recommend memberships, packages, and wellness programs
- Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Generate your own leads through referrals, outreach, and local partnerships
- Update CRM notes, bookings, and client follow-up tasks
- Help maintain studio cleanliness, service flow, and presentation
- Support opening / closing responsibilities as needed
